· We will explain our processing of personal information, including collection, use, and protection, one by one so that you can understand the general situation regarding personal information. For the main circumstances of your personal information collection and use, we have provided explanations in the form of lists. · When you use our basic business function services, such as when activating UnionTech UOS, we will collect your network identification information, device information, and operating system information to complete the activation. The aforementioned information is personal information necessary for the normal operation of the basic business function services of UnionTech UOS. Lack of such information will prevent the realization of basic business function services.
· In addition to the aforementioned services, UnionTech Software also provides extended business function services to enhance your user experience. We will collect and use your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Your refusal to provide such information will not affect the normal provision and use of the basic business function services of UnionTech UOS.
· We comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and store your personal information within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the minimum period stipulated by laws and regulations. If the storage period exceeds the legally permitted scope, we will delete or anonymize the information.
· You can access, correct, or delete your personal information through the channels listed in this Privacy Policy, or you can contact us.
· This Privacy Policy may have multiple language versions, but regardless of which language version you receive, the Simplified Chinese version shall be the most accurate interpretation.
· This Privacy Policy applies only to users aged 14 or above. If you are a user under the age of 14, we require you and your guardian to visit and carefully read the UnionTech Software Children's Privacy Protection Guidelines. Only after obtaining the consent of your guardian may you use UnionTech UOS Products and Services or provide us with personal information under the supervision and guidance of your guardian.

When you use UnionTech UOS Products and Services, we adhere to the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith. We only collect and use information necessary to achieve specific, definite, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and we ensure that such information will not be further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
· Browsing Information
Includes your browser version information, bookmark information, web browsing history, browser settings, autofill data, and IP address.
· Basic Personal Information
Includes your birthday, gender, personal mobile phone number, and email address.
· Network Identification Information
Includes your MAC address.
· Device Information
Includes your device identification code, motherboard information, BIOS information, CPU information, memory information, hard disk information, partition information, network card information, chip architecture type, graphics card information, and peripheral information.
· Operating System Information
Includes your operating system software type, version, architecture, activation status, developer mode status, system last update time, and update result.
· Application Software Information
Includes the names, versions, installation locations, disk space usage, application preference settings (including: system theme, icon theme, cursor theme, font settings), frequency of use of application functional modules, and performance information during application runtime of various application software installed on your system.

1. Basic Business Functions
1.1 Activating UnionTech UOS
To bind your device with the genuine UnionTech UOS you purchased, enabling your device to enjoy the complete UnionTech UOS products and services, and simultaneously protect the intellectual property rights of UnionTech UOS from malicious infringement, we will collect and use your network identification information, device information, and operating system information. After UnionTech UOS is activated, if the degree of change and replacement of your device information and operating system information leads us to believe that your device may have changed or our intellectual property rights may be subject to malicious infringement, we have the right to terminate your device's continued use of the activated UnionTech UOS.
1.2 System Updates
When you upgrade UnionTech UOS, we will collect your device information, network identification information, and operating system information to help us clarify relevant information and assist you in updating accurately.
2. Extended Business Functions
2.1 User Experience Program
If you enable the 【User Experience Program】, you authorize us to collect your device information, operating system information, and usage behavior information to improve our service quality and enhance user operation experience. After you disable the 【User Experience Program】, we will stop collecting such information. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, we will be unable to provide you with the User Experience Program, but this will not affect the normal provision and use of other UnionTech UOS products and services.
2.2 UnionTech Account Services
You can register a UnionTech account (also known as "UOS ID") through the UnionTech UOS User Center website (account.uniontech.com) and use this account to log in to UnionTech UOS Products and Services. At the same time, we will also collect information stored under your account name when you use UOS ID account services (we will treat this information as personal information). Regarding the specific rules for using your account, please comply with the UnionTech Account Usage Agreement and other special rules issued by UnionTech Software for this purpose.
2.2.1 UnionTech Account Registration
To achieve the UnionTech account service functions and comply with relevant regulatory requirements in the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions), you need to provide your personal mobile phone number, email (optional), username, and password to complete UOS ID registration. Subject to the regulatory requirements of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions), if you refuse to provide your personal mobile phone number, we will be unable to provide you with UnionTech account services. You can also use a third-party account to log in and use UOS ID, but you still need to bind your personal mobile phone number to complete UnionTech account registration. If you use WeChat to log in to UOS ID, you also need to provide your WeChat ID and avatar.
If you are located in regions other than the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions), you need to provide your personal email address to complete UOS ID registration.
2.2.2 UnionTech Account Login
When you log in to UOS ID within UnionTech UOS Products and Services, for the purpose of displaying a list of trusted devices, we will collect your device name, unique device identifier, usage behavior information, and local account name information. We will collect the IP address from which you log in to your account each time for security, fraud detection, and account management (ensuring there are no suspicious logins or account connections).
2.2.3 UOS Cloud Sync Service
You can log in to UOS ID through the UOS ID module in UnionTech UOS 【Control Center】 and authorize the enabling of the 【UOS Cloud Sync】 switch to synchronize information stored under the same UOS ID across multiple devices, such as: system configuration information (including system language, sound effects, power settings, mouse settings, system theme, wallpaper, launcher, taskbar, hot area configurations), application software information, and browsing information. For specific information stored under your UOS ID, please refer to the detailed explanations on the specific business service pages and other agreements we have issued for this purpose. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, we will be unable to provide you with the 【UOS Cloud Sync】 service, but this will not affect the normal provision and use of other UnionTech UOS products and services.
2.2.4 Service and Support Services
When you use the 【Service and Support】 service for message consultation or use the online customer service function, after logging in to UOS ID, we will collect your email information, device information, support ticket information, activation information, network identification information, and operating system information. At the same time, you can choose to actively upload your operating system information and log information. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, we may be unable to provide you with the 【Service and Support】 service, but this will not affect the normal provision and use of other UnionTech UOS products and services.
2.2.5 Remote Assistance Service
When you use the 【Remote Assistance】 software to share your device resources with other users, for the purpose of completing assistance and ensuring communication security, after logging in to UOS ID, we will collect your network identification information, device information, remote connection verification information (including: generated identification code, verification code), and your usage behavior information for this software (including: requesting remote connection, disconnecting remote connection). If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, we will be unable to provide you with the 【Remote Assistance】 service, but this will not affect the normal provision and use of other UnionTech UOS products and services.
2.2.6 Developer Mode
After logging in to UOS ID, you can choose to enable 【Developer Mode】 to obtain super administrator privileges for installing and running non-store-signed applications. We will collect your device information and operating system information. We hereby remind you that the aforementioned behavior may lead to the destruction of system integrity. Please choose to enable it cautiously. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, we will be unable to provide you with 【Developer Mode】, but this will not affect the normal provision and use of other UnionTech UOS products and services.
2.3 Print Manager Service
When you use the pre-installed 【Print Manager】 in UnionTech UOS to print files, we will collect your printer device model information and print service (CUPS) version number. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, we will be unable to provide you with the 【Print Manager】 service, but this will not affect the normal provision and use of other UnionTech UOS products and services.
3. Information from Third Parties
To the extent permitted by law, we may obtain your personal information from third parties. For example:
3.1 With your consent and authorization, we may collect and use certain information obtained from third-party social network services, such as nickname, avatar, region, and gender (e.g., when you use a third-party account to log in and use UOS ID);
3.2 If information shared by other users contains your information, we may collect and use such information;
3.3 We may collect and use your personal information that you have publicly disclosed yourself or that has been lawfully disclosed by others within a reasonable scope, unless you explicitly refuse. If we collect and use your publicly disclosed personal information, which has a significant impact on your personal rights and interests, we will obtain your personal consent again.
4. Operational Analysis and Security Assurance
In strict compliance with legal and regulatory provisions, to ensure the security of UnionTech UOS Products and Services, help us better understand the operation of UnionTech UOS Products and Services, and improve your user experience, we will collect your network identification information, device information, operating system information, and application software information when you use UnionTech UOS Products and Services for necessary internal audits, big data analysis research, and security assurance. We will not merge the aforementioned information with any personal identification information you provide.
5. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may store text files called Cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. We promise not to use Cookies for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy.
5.1 We use Cookies mainly to achieve the following functions or services:
Ensuring Product or Service Security
We may set authentication and security Cookies or anonymous identifiers to confirm whether you have securely logged into UOS ID or other service accounts, and to investigate hacking, fraud, and other illegal activities.
Providing Better Products or Services
Cookies can save you the steps and processes of repeatedly filling in personal information or entering search content, improving efficiency for you.
5.2 Managing Cookies
Most browsers provide users with functions to manage Cookies, such as clearing browser cache data. You can perform corresponding data clearing operations in the browser settings. Please note that if you clear data, you may be unable to use services or corresponding functions provided by us that rely on Cookies.
6. Do Not Track
When you browse web pages through the 【UnionTech Browser】 on your personal device, you can send a request to websites asking them not to collect or track your browsing data. By default, this function is turned off. You can perform such operations in the 【UnionTech Browser】's "【Settings】" - "【Security & Privacy】" - "【Privacy & Security Settings】-【Third-Party Cookies】-【Advanced】-【Send 'Do Not Track' request with browsing traffic】".
7.If we use your personal information beyond the above purposes, we will explain it to you again and obtain your renewed consent.
8.To help you quickly understand the processing of personal information under this policy, we have specially prepared the Personal Information Collection List for your reference.
9.Please understand that, according to relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, in the following circumstances, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your authorization and consent:
9.1 Where it is necessary for us to perform our statutory duties or legal obligations;
9.2 Where it is directly related to national interests such as national security and defense security, and directly related to major public interests such as public safety, public health, and public awareness;
9.3 Where it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
9.4 Where it is necessary for safeguarding the life, property, reputation, and other major legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain your own authorization and consent;
9.5 Where it is necessary for concluding and performing a contract as requested by you;
9.6 Where it is necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of UnionTech UOS Products and Services, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;
9.7 Where it is necessary for conducting news reporting, public opinion supervision, and other activities in the public interest within a reasonable scope;
9.8 Where it is necessary for conducting statistical or academic research in the public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the outside, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified;
9.9 Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
II. How We Store Your Personal Information
1. Location of Personal Information Storage
We comply with the provisions of laws and regulations. If we only collect your personal information within the territory of the People's Republic of China, we will store your personal information within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If the storage location of your personal information is transferred from within China to outside China, we will strictly implement it in accordance with legal provisions and seek your explicit consent again.
2. Duration of Personal Information Storage
2.1 Generally, we will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the minimum period stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. If the storage period exceeds the legally permitted scope, we will delete or anonymize the information. If deleting the relevant personal information is technically difficult, we will stop processing beyond storage and taking necessary security protection measures.
2.2 When UnionTech UOS Products and Services cease operations, we will promptly stop continuing to collect your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by delivering notices one by one or by announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.
III. How We Provide, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information to External Parties
1. Provision to External Parties
1.1 Unless permitted by laws, regulations, normative documents, and regulatory provisions or with your prior separate consent, we will not provide your personal information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:
1.1.1 We may provide your personal information to external parties in accordance with legal provisions or mandatory requirements from government authorities.
1.1.2 Entrusted Processing: To achieve our business functions, we may entrust external suppliers to assist us in providing related services to you. Under the method of entrusted processing, the third party receiving personal information is only authorized to provide services to you on our behalf according to our instructions. We will be responsible to you for its entrusted actions within the scope of the entrustment.
1.2 To perform the agreement concluded with you or for other reasonable purposes, we may provide certain of your personal information to third-party personal information processors. The third-party personal information processor receiving the personal information is authorized to process personal information within the scope of the processing purposes, methods, and types of personal information already informed to you. If the recipient changes the original processing purposes or methods, it shall obtain your consent again.
1.3 Software Development Kits (SDKs)
To ensure the realization of related functions and the safe and stable operation of UnionTech UOS Products and Services, we may integrate third-party-provided Software Development Kits (hereinafter referred to as "SDKs") and provide necessary information required to achieve and improve related functions to third parties. We will conduct strict review and security monitoring of the integration and use of third-party-provided SDKs to protect your personal information security. For your convenience in reading, we have prepared the Third-Party Information Sharing List to clearly and concisely inform you of the circumstances under which we share your personal information with third parties. Please understand that we will update the list of third-party SDKs used as much as possible, but under certain circumstances, it may still lag behind actual usage. At the same time, to keep our commercial information and technical means confidential, some SDKs used for platform risk control or special cooperation may not be included in this list. However, if such SDKs need to obtain your important privacy information or device permissions, we will obtain your authorization and consent through reasonable means.
1.4 It is particularly important to remind you that when relevant service providers provide services to you through methods such as page redirection to the service provider's page (third-party access), the corresponding service provider will directly enter into a corresponding personal information authorization and use license with you. Such personal information directly collected by the service provider is not within the scope of personal information we provide to them externally. Such situations where services are directly provided by third parties will be clearly marked with third-party information on specific service pages. To avoid ambiguity, you should know and understand that the links to websites, applications, products, and services operated by independent third parties mentioned above are provided only for the convenience of users browsing related pages. When you visit such third-party websites, applications, products, and service links, you should separately agree to their privacy policies or personal information protection terms provided to you. We and such third-party website, application, product, and service providers shall bear independent personal information protection responsibilities to you within the scope stipulated by law and agreed upon by both parties.
2. Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
2.1 Transfer with prior separate consent: We will transfer your personal information to other parties after obtaining your prior separate consent in accordance with legal provisions;
2.2 In the event of merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation: If personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will require that company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.
3. Public Disclosure
We will publicly disclose your personal information only under the following circumstances and with security protection measures that comply with industry standards:
3.1 According to your needs, disclose your specified personal information in the manner you have separately agreed to;
3.2 When required by laws, regulations, mandatory administrative law enforcement, or judicial requirements to provide your personal information, we may publicly disclose your personal information according to the required type of personal information and disclosure method. Under the premise of complying with laws and regulations, when we receive requests for the aforementioned disclosure information, we will require the presentation of corresponding legal documents, such as subpoenas or investigation letters. We firmly believe that information requested from us should be as transparent as possible within the limits permitted by law. We carefully review all requests to ensure they have a legal basis and are limited to data that law enforcement agencies have the legal right to obtain for specific investigation purposes. To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, the documents we disclose are protected under encryption keys.
IV. How We Protect Your Personal Information
1.UnionTech Software has adopted various security technologies and protection measures that comply with industry standards to protect users' personal information from unauthorized access, use, or leakage. We strictly follow domestic and international security standards to build our security system and implement cutting-edge, mainstream security technologies to prevent users' personal information from being accessed, used, or leaked without authorization. We have established a comprehensive security defense system. When we are subjected to external network attacks or virus infections, we can promptly and actively intercept the attack behavior. UnionTech UOS Products and Services all use the HTTPS encryption protocol for transmission during network communication, which can effectively prevent information from being stolen by third parties during communication. Regarding users' privacy and sensitive personal information, UnionTech UOS Products and Services all use encryption for storage and perform real-time data backup.
2.UnionTech Software has established a sound data security management system, including classifying and grading user information, encrypting storage, and dividing data access permissions. We have formulated internal data management systems and operating procedures, with strict process requirements from data acquisition, use, to destruction, to prevent illegal use of user privacy data. We determine the security management responsibilities of various departments and their responsible persons who have access to user personal information; establish work processes and security management systems for user personal information collection, use, and related activities; implement permission management for staff and agents, review batch export, copying, and destruction of information, and take anti-leakage measures; properly keep carriers recording user personal information, such as paper media, optical media, and electromagnetic media, and take corresponding secure storage measures; implement access review for information systems storing user personal information and take measures against intrusion and viruses; record information such as personnel, time, location, and matters of operations on user personal information; formulate and organize the implementation of personal information security incident emergency plans, regularly conduct security and privacy protection training to improve employees' awareness of personal information protection.
3.According to the requirements of laws, regulations, and competent authorities, we will establish a dedicated personal information protection department and designate a personal information protection officer responsible for supervising personal information processing activities and the protection measures taken, and regularly update and publicly disclose relevant contents such as security risk reports and personal information security impact assessment reports. 4.Currently, we have passed the evaluation and filing of the National Cybersecurity Level Protection (Level 3), met the requirements of the internationally authoritative ISO27001 certification standard in terms of information security, and have obtained the corresponding certification. However, we need to remind you that the internet environment is not 100% secure. We will endeavor to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or management protection facilities are compromised, leading to unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal liability.
5.In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with legal requirements, promptly notify you of the basic situation of the security incident, its possible impact, the emergency response and other disposal measures we have taken or will take, and the remedial measures for you through站内信/站内信 (in-site messages)/the contact information you have provided, etc. If it is difficult to notify each personal information subject individually, we will issue an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner and proactively report the handling of the personal information security incident to relevant regulatory authorities.

If you discover that your personal information has been leaked, please immediately contact us through the contact methods agreed in this Privacy Policy so that we can take timely corresponding measures.

V. Your Rights
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and common practices in various regions, we will make our best efforts to adopt appropriate technical means to ensure that you can exercise the following rights regarding your personal information:
1.If you wish to access, copy, correct your basic personal information in your UnionTech account, or withdraw your consent to the use of such information, you can log in to your UOS ID account on the UnionTech account registration website (account.uniontech.com) and perform such operations through "【User Center】" or contact us through the contact methods in Part VII 【Contact Us】 of this Privacy Policy.
2.If you wish to access, copy, correct your browsing information, or withdraw your consent to the use of such information, you can perform such operations in "【UnionTech Browser】-【Security & Privacy】-【Privacy & Security Settings】".
3.If you wish to access and copy your device information, you can perform such operations in "【Device Manager】".
4.If you wish to access and copy your operating system information, you can perform such operations in "【Control Center】".
5.You have the right to send us a written request through the contact methods published in this Privacy Policy to obtain a copy of your personal information. Under the premise of meeting the conditions stipulated by the national cyberspace administration and being technically feasible, such as data interface matching, we can also directly transmit a copy of your personal information to a third party you designate according to your requirements and existing common technologies. If the transmission fails due to the refusal of such third party to receive your personal information copy, you shall coordinate and resolve it with such third party yourself, and we shall not bear any responsibility for this.
6.If you are unable to exercise your personal information rights through the above methods or if the exercise of personal rights for certain special information may not be operable by yourself, you can contact us at any time through the contact methods published on this Privacy Policy or related product or service pages. We will reply to your request within fifteen working days. To ensure the security of your personal information, we may require identity verification from you.
7.Please note that you should verify the truthfulness, timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of the personal information you submit. Otherwise, it may result in our inability to contact you effectively or provide you with some services. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provided is erroneous, incomplete, or untrue, we have the right to inquire with you or notify you to make corrections, or even suspend or terminate the provision of some services to you.
8.Please note that after we decide to respond to your request to withdraw consent or delete personal information, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. We will also notify, as much as possible, the third parties (including UnionTech Software affiliates) who have obtained your personal information from us, requiring such third parties to promptly delete your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or such third parties have obtained your independent authorization. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the legality of personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization. If the retention period stipulated by laws and administrative regulations has not expired, or if deleting personal information is technically difficult, we will stop processing beyond storage and taking necessary security protection measures.
9.For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees. However, for repeated requests multiple times or requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge a certain cost fee depending on the situation. For those groundless repeated requests, requests requiring excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), requests posing risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or very impractical requests (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes), we may refuse them.
10.Under the following circumstances, in accordance with legal requirements, we will be unable to respond to your requests:
10.1 Where it is related to our performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
